The Schonberg Philosophy

"Several times each day, we answer the question, 'Is this in the best interest of each of our residents?' If the answer is yes, then we can't go wrong. This simple operating philosophy is the secret to our continued success." —David Schonberg

Beau Provence was developed using ‘The Schonberg Neighborhood Design’ concept, which offers incremental levels of care depending upon individual resident needs and represents the highest and most personalized standard of care in the industry. Through his growing number of successful ventures, David has proven his innate ability to conceptualize, develop, and manage unique communities and programs that provide the utmost of excellence in state-of-the-art care.

"The way I judge the success of a community like Park Provence is by asking myself this simple question: If that resident were my mother or father, would I feel that their every need and happiness were being met everyday?"
